30 Day Accounts for Customers in Big Commerce
Running a business is much like juggling, it could be a struggle to keep up with the many functions you need to perform, so you often apply the use of different software to be more efficient and make the work run smoothly.
Big Commerce can often be a great help but many business owners still find the need to combine its use with other software, just so they could run the business properly. Unfortunately, it is not always cost effective to be maintaining multiple software, so such a decision could be questionable. If this is familiar dilemma for you, here are some things that should help:
- Determine how many transactions you make per week. When you are meeting a high volume of transactions per day/per month, the cost of the software will be insignificant. No matter how expensive the software is, if you are getting enough business, your investment will easily be compensated.
- Do you have staff to monitor and pay? If you are you will be better off getting a software that will also facilitate attendance and payroll functions you need to cover.
- How many customers are you expecting to serve? This is somehow related to the number of transactions you receive on a regular basis, but for wholesale transactions, in particular, it will be essential that you keep track of the volume of customers you need to cater to because this will define the kind of business you have.
- Find software that will allow you to edit features. This will give you the opportunity to tweak certain things about the software to match your needs.
- Maximize on the add-ons. If you are going to spend for anything, you have to make sure to maximize its usefulness, so that you can apply the system for multiple functions and really get your money’s worth.
- Start with a free trial. Whenever you are doubtful about the capacity of a software to meet your specific needs and requirements, you can choose to go through a trial service, initially, and just upgrade when you are satisfied with its function.
Before you make a decision to do something, it will be essential that you get to determine things for yourself, firsthand. Write out a plan and determine your goals and expectations, so that your decisions will be directed towards true satisfaction. There are some questions you can ask yourself at the beginning, to determine your needs and requirements.
